From the beginning, the charge of the Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave has been to witness each vintage and craft exceptional wines in the face of the year’s challenges, without preconceptions or indulgence. Representative of these obstacles, the 2009 Vintage produced only a limited volume – due to the exceptional context of largely hot and dry seasons – adding particular significance to these available magnums that allow the development process to slow.
